Ongles Pro ensures deliveries in mainland France and Europe via the website www.onglespro.com . FOR ANY OTHER DESTINATION, PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL: contact@onglespro.com

Ongles Pro offers you several delivery methods to choose from:

- delivery by La Poste by Colissimo for mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and Europe

- Express delivery in 24 hours by Chronopost for Metropolitan France

- delivery to Mondial Relay relay points for mainland France and Europe

- collection in our store

Shipping costs are free for the areas served, for all orders over €150 including tax (product prices) except for Express delivery via Chronopost.

The products are delivered to the delivery address which was indicated when ordering.

The delivery times indicated when placing your order are from receipt of authorization from the payment centers (bank card). They may be longer during periods of high activity or in the exceptional context linked to Covid-19. Any delays do not entitle the customer to claim damages.

Ongles Pro points out that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to them. It is up to the Customer to check the condition of the packages in the presence of the delivery person and to notify the carrier of any reservations about the product delivered on the delivery note before initialing. You are also asked to confirm your reservations by registered letter to the carrier with a copy to the Company. The absence of reservations extinguishes any complaint.

Returns

Right to retract :

You have a period of fourteen clear days upon receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products concerned to us (return costs at your expense), after confirmation from us of the return procedure.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting Ongles Pro as follows:

- by email to contact@onglespro.com or via the website contact form.

NB: certain products, such as semi-permanent varnishes or any other unsealed product or whose presentation does not allow it to be verified that they have not been opened, cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of the time limit.

Delivery error :

Ongles pro undertakes to exchange products which may have been delivered to you in error following incorrect preparation of your order. We ask you to notify us of any order preparation errors, within 48 hours of receipt of your order, by email: contact@onglespro.com . We will then confirm the return procedure to you. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be taken into account.

Return procedure:

Any return must first be the subject of a request followed by confirmation from us, by email. The product(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition, unsealed and in their original packaging. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or missing will not be refunded or exchanged.​

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will reimburse the returned items.
