Since our beginnings, Ongles Pro has placed the preservation of our planet at the heart of our commitment. We continually seek to reduce our carbon footprint, particularly on those elements that we fully control.

In the months and years to come, we will work together with our partners to explore upstream solutions together. However, for the moment, we are focusing our efforts on what is our direct responsibility.

In 2023, our approach has led us to only use second-hand packaging to ship your packages. We understand that this can sometimes be surprising, especially in a world where restrained, elegant and even fragrant packaging is the norm. At Ongles Pro, our priority is elsewhere: we prioritize product performance over the appearance of the packaging.

We have opted for the reuse of previously used cardboard boxes in order to reduce our ecological impact. These boxes come either from deliveries by our suppliers or from local merchants, with whom we work together to recover their used boxes rather than seeing them thrown away.

As our business grows, we face increasing challenges in collecting enough second-hand cartons for our shipments. We would like to point out that it can sometimes be more complex to recover these already used boxes than to buy new ones. Nevertheless, this difficulty strengthens our determination to continually pursue new partnerships and solutions to preserve our commitment to the planet, while offering you quality products.

We believe that over time this approach will become the norm. At Ongles Pro, we are proud to be pioneers in this initiative, and we continue to be at the forefront in our quest for environmental sustainability.
