How to download your invoices on the site?
Many of you ask us how to download your invoices on our website so here is the tutorial!
1. Go to the website www.onglespro.com then click on “log in”
2. Enter your username and password chosen during your first order
3. Click on “download invoice” on the order you want
4. Finally, download it via PDF
And now you can download your invoices independently via your customer account!
IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTED:
If there is a download problem, it may be that in your Google account, in the settings, you have blocked the pop-up windows.
In this case ,
👉 you have to go to chrome,
👉 3 small dots at the top right next to the profile,
👉 settings,
👉 privacy and security,
👉 site settings,
👉 at the very bottom pop up windows and redirects.
Check: Sites can display pop-ups and use redirects.
